Well Done Peter Burkholder!

Peter Burkholder's hard work is being noticed by AARP. Recently, the Senior Internet Operations Manager wrote to InScope to brag about Peter. He writes,
"I’m writing to give accolades to Peter Burkholder. Peter has continuously taken on more responsibility at AARP, and continues to deliver tremendous value because of his deep technical knowledge, and vast skill set. Recently Peter was involved with a project where the organization was going to potentially spend a good sum of money to acquire software, but Peter analyzed the need and came up with alternatives options that would deliver 90% of the business value at about 10% of the cost. To me, this was a real benefit to AARP.
I look forward to continuing to have Peter as a member of my team here at AARP."
Thank you Peter, for your hard work at AARP. Not only do you deliver tremendous value to the customer, but to us as well. Well done!

Kudos to Habib Ali!
Habib Ali, an onsite resident engineer supporting AT&T in Annapolis, has received praise from NetApp for his “work and efforts on the AT&T account”. NetApp continued by thanking Habib for the “impact you are making in furthering our efforts with this critical customer.”
Habib Ali was instrumental in resolving a security issue revolving around an application called ‘SnapManager for Oracle’ which is used to backup and restore Oracle databases. Habib thoroughly tested the new SnapManager product, which was specifically designed to use a 128-bit strength SSL certificate, in a lab environment followed by installation on the production system.
AT&T sent NetApp the following:
“I wanted to take a moment and recognize the outstanding efforts of our onsite (Annapolis, MD) PS resident resource, Habib Ali. Habib has been very instrumental in proactively providing NetApp migration planning assistance within CTO labs, technical guidance, testing and scheduling critical fixes for production within our CTO lab environment, and a great / approachable onsite go-to-resource. Another crucial point is that he proactively works on all technical levels w/ DBAs, CTL (Client Technical Leads) and Storage teams, and has provided the technical depth and knowledge needed to provide consultative and implementation NetApp support at Hosting & Application Services.”
We are happy to have Habib on our team!

Thank You!

A very big thank you goes out to the coordination team for putting in extra hours at the end of April to close out installs and meet NetApps fiscal year close. They went above and beyond by working extra hours in their evenings and weekends. They worked as a team and each sacrificed to get the job done. Thank you for your hard work and dedication Whitney Watson, Tania Blessing, Diana Kim, Ursula Cerro, and Stephanie Anderson!
This Just in...
When InScope moved into their new space last July, Mike Bruce said it was designed the office space with three themes in mind - Interaction, Innovation, and Inspiration. The glass office fronts, low cubicle walls, natural and accent lighting, open ceilings, vibrant colors, and padded mobile pedestals all came together to externalize the culture and identity.

We were just notified by GTM, our interior design firm, that InScope was awarded first place for our Corporate Interior with the American Society of Interior Decorators. Our space proved to be interactive, innovative, and inspirational, which earned a well-deserved first place!
When Nature Calls...

InScope's Paulette Jennings shared this photo with us. And no, those aren't hidden Easter eggs leftover from the Easter Bunny! One night, this light on the porch went out, and less than 24 hours later, when her son went to replace the bulb, this nest was built and eggs laid!
Who is This Concur Company?
If you have swiped an InScope M&T Credit Card since May 1st, you probably received at least one email telling you that you have received new company card transactions. Why weren't you getting those before? We have migrated to a new expense report system!
If you are an InScope Corporate Credit Card User, you will get to know this system very well, as it holds the new expense reporting system. It contains many new features, including e-receipts (so you don't have to keep track of a paper trail!) and image attachments instead of needing to scan and send receipts. Training for the system was last Monday, but if you were unable to attend, the following link will take you to the Corporate Training page and you’ll see the Concur training at the bottom of the page. *Concur Training Link*
Please watch the training video at your earliest convenience if you were not able to attend the session on Monday.
Questions? Peggy Franklin can help! Thank you for your patience and effort as we all learn and adapt to the new system.
